BIG NEWS

Ok, I'm back. There is another site where you can see African wildlife! This one is streaming and also has sound, just like Pete's Pond. And they will soon be going online with a grizzly cam. So exciting. The new site does run on Windows Media Player, Pete's Pond uses Real Player. So it is possible to watch both. Though it does get confusing when you hear something and can't tell which cam it's coming from. Please keep in mind that both sites are fairly new and may still be getting the kinks out from time to time.

*** WARNING ~ THESE SITES ARE LIVE AND ARE SHOWING 'NATURE' AS IT HAPPENS. ***

Please keep the above warning in mind when watching. If you have young children watching with you or don't care to see whatever is happening, you can always minimize it for a short time. This will keep the connection open but you won't see the picture. Sound will still work also. To do this just left click your mouse on the little blue square that has the name of the site at the bottom of your screen. You can hold open any site this way without losing the connection. I keep 4 or 5 cams open at a time and switch between them. This works well when you need the screen for something else, like maybe work or something.

I haven't gotten the ok to show any pics from these sites but will look into it. But I do have a good one from the Snow Monkey sight that you may like.
