PS ~ Just updated this should of been Jackal pups, not cubs (senior moment, sorry). And thanks Roy, at least I got one thing right (the other picture was Bat-earred Fox) LOL.

We had a new big cat live TV program start as well on Sunday that was going out live and for the rest of the week. We saw a cheetah with 5 cubs the first night and a male lion was after them. Next day, there was only 3 cubs. Nothing confirmed yet as to where they are but it don't look good. ~Roy

Thanks Roy and Tester for sharing these. Looking forward to many more and any updates on the cheetah cubs but I think you may be right on the outcome from that encounter. We can always hope that Mom felt 5 would be to hard to keep track of and hid the missing 2 somewhere for the time being.

EXCITING NEWS FOR SOME

For those of you in the UK, there's a new cam in town. But if you don't live in the UK, you can still watch some of the highlights. The site is called Big Cat ~ Live and is from the BBC. And while those of us not in the UK can't watch the live feed, we can watch the videos. I'll add it to the list over on AFRICAN WEBCAMS. So I'll be relying on those of you in the UK to send in what you see (hint hint LOL). This selection is from our good friends Roy and Tester ~

I hope that someday cam viewing will be available to those of us outside of the UK, but until then we have the videos to watch and generous friends who share. Thanks guys for passing on the info and pictures.
