THE DIFFERENCE HE MADE

Last night I had the honor of watching the Memorial for Steve Irwin. To say that it was outstanding would be an understatement. It was at times profoundly moving, yet it also showed Steve Irwin, the man. There were clips and photos of Steve doing exactly what he felt he was born to do. The love he felt for family and friends (both animal and human) came through loud and clear. The memories that were created during his all to brief life will be cherished by all. Whether you knew him personally or not, Steve Irwin was someone great. And it is my hope that with his passing, everyone left behind will work to continue his dreams. Here in the US it is said "It takes a village to raise a child" well I believe "It takes a World to save a planet". The greatest tribute anyone can make is to do whatever they can to carry on what Steve has started.


His dream will continue.
