SATURDAY EVENING AT NKORHO

Imagine driving thru a herd of Impala and Wildebeest.

They didn't seem very concerned by it though.

This Goose is wondering just who is coming?

And makes an exit stage right when the Impala move to the waterhole.

Peacefully grazing...

they are about to get another visitor.

Something is lurking behind the bush...

a lone bull.

He at first is a bit camera shy.

While still seemingly unaware of the new arrival, these Wildebeest continue to graze.

But the Elephant has places to go...

and looks very determined...

to get where he's going.

After a drink and some mud tossing, the bull ...

grabs a bite...

splashes a bit in the puddle...

pauses for a close-up...

and is on his way.

The Wildebeest are still grazing...

and drinking...

along with the youngsters.

The Impala are also gathered, but one of them looks a bit big?

That's why. Not an Impala but a Kudu (thanks to my handy dandy cheat sheet provided by Mothernature)

Guess she felt a little out of place among the Impala.

The Goose was moved on by a playful Impala.

Oh she's back! The Kudu that is.

Look at those tiny little horns...

someday they'll be just as big as these!
