While I always enjoy watching streaming cams it's proved to be very interesting. The case of the disappearing spot. Notice the small spot in the water (right around the middle of the picture)
Now it's gone. It did this a few times and I thought 'What have we here?' Was it just wishful thinking or was something there???
Then it was back but this time with a hint of a spot behind it.
Then low and behold I see this! Anyone know if Djuma has a hippo ? Or what else it may be? Note ~ Nakota sent this shortly after this posting: I just went and took a look at your site. The answer to your question about whether Vuyatela has a hippo?
Yes it does. She is there almost all the time as long as the water is high. Sometimes they have up to 5 in the water.
The spot in the water is a hippo.

Remember a few days back when I had the pic of the big bull elephant in the middle of the pan? Well he left a calling card right in the middle. And it looks like this terrapin found it useful! LOL
