hate to tell ya guys but the lone female took off whilst you were busy with each other !

Then this little one tried to get a stalk out. No luck.

Couple of kids

And look who we have here !

Handsome

Oww...more handsome. There were 2 of them but do ya think they'd get close enough to snap together ? NO

Horns look like part of the tree.

Back at the Pan, one of the combatants slacks his thirst

Then is off to find his lady

Gang fight

Sneak attack from above

The watcher (up in the tree)

Mrs. W and JR

Beauty treatment time

Here come the Impala's

And with all those ladies around ya know this was gonna happen

He's handsome too

Check out what's sitting in the tree

Zazu

Mr. W (always comes a bit after the Mrs.)

Oh, a few buffalo too.

OK maybe a bit more then a few.

Must of been a powerful thirst they had, lots of running and pushing.

Still coming.

My, that's a lotta buff !

The Pan is in there, somewhere

The next few shots are to try and show you just how big this herd was.

There had to have been over 200 animals. The sound was fantastic. Sure wish I could of got a snap of them all at once. Wonder what the night will bring to the Pan ???

Thank you for sharing your world!
I've always enjoyed visiting zoos; always meaning for as long as I can remember.
At the same time, seeing things in their natural state can't be beat.
If you have an opportunity to visit The Lives and Times... and like what you see perhaps we can do a link exchange.
All the best to you.
