Female Duiker

Jackalberry Tree

Rock Monitor

Pieter said over 3 ft long. Pieter was hoping to get it to raise up by getting out of the landie and approach it...

instead it ran up a nearby tree. Playing peek-a-boo now.

see how the skin is wrinkly, that will change once it starts eating more again. They lose weight during the winter.

Very cool clouds

Buffalo Weaver

Ticks are all along the roadside just waiting for a warm body to walk by ...

This one got active when it sensed the warmth from his hand.

Can you guess what kind of bird I am by looking at the top of my head??

How about now ?

I'm a Yellowbilled Hornbill. Were you right ?

Insect on the lens. It was funny, sound was gone for a sec or 2 then Pieter laughed and reached up and moved it. Someone must of turned off the sound to tell him it was there.

Small group of Impala and a couple Female Kudu

Kudu are much bigger

Until you have them right next to each other it's hard to tell how much bigger they are.

Just wanted us to see how green everything is getting. Lots of animals are eatin' good lately.

Just a nice scene
