SAD NEWS FROM TENNESSE

DaveKay forwarded a email he got from The Elephant Sanctuary today. Without any kind of warning at all Queenie has passed over. Everyone there is still in shock as it was totally unexpected. I'm sure they'll have more on their site, maybe Monday. From what the email said they are all trying to process what's happened and it may take them a bit to get info posted. They did say that Queenie spent the day on Fri at the pond (she was on the cam) and was her lively, lovable self. Thanks DaveKay for passing the info on. I know you have a soft spot for those ladies.

I'm pretty sure I can safely say that there will be many thoughts and prayers going out to everyone at the Sanctuary.

RIP Queenie, you will be missed.
