Right away we spot Kudu

The horns always draw my attention. The more curls the older I think they are, (don't know if that's true but that's how I look at it)

Next we catch a glimpse of a Female Duiker

And Jan spots some Magpie but they took off. We did get to see this one sitting in the nest.

Tried to get a snap of the Waterbuck at the WH but instead got this half way between the WH and the landie. Turned out kinda neat.

Rock Monitor. Tried to move up a bit to see better and it zipped into a hole.

A place called Tree House Dam. Nothing there but water.

Had to wait for a Waterbuck to cross the road. Didn't really mind though LOL

Up close

Go Away bird AKA Grey Lourie (reminds me so much of my Cockatiels just a bit different coloring on heads)

Now back at Gowrie a bit of water and a Saddlebilled Stork and Grey Heron (?)

Impala playing peek-a-boo

More of the Kudu from the beginning of the drive.

Jan said this was a very large Bull

And what's a PM Drive without a Sunset.

As you can see, Gowrie has a bit of water after the weekend rains. Very dry there and they certainly need it.

Switch to IR and now the landie won't start. You can faintly see Rob has gotten out (way to the right) to try and push it a bit to get it started.

We were watching to WH when for some reason the feed got switched back to the landie, totally unknown to the 2 working under the hood. I don't know if you've ever heard guys work on cars (my other half is a mechanic) but it was pretty typical of what normally goes on, grunting, moaning , a choice word here and there. Got switched back to the WH very quickly.
Well looks like Jan and Rob are stuck out in the bush and
